CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In the case that 24 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation and we are unable to refill that appointment time, 50% of the cost of the services scheduled will be charged .

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

You will be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

CHILD SAFETY

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

JEWELERY & PERSONAL ITEMS

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the spa, please leave your jewelry at home.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as cash or debit cards and personal checks.

FEES

Any returned check will result in a bank service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

RETURN POLICY

Hair products may be exchanged for any other product credit.

TRY ANOTHER SALON STYLIST

We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another. We keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All our stylists have equal access to this information.

REFER-A-FRIEND

We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When any new client comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, we will credit your salon account for $10 that you can use on your next service or retail purchase.

WALK-INS

We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
